YWHAG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, YWHAG mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,330 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT7, MYNN, and C1QTNF4. Each is linked with YWHAG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAG-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYT7 grouped by YWHAG-low versus YWHAG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
