Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YWHAEP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated YWHAEP2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher YWHAEP2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YWHAEP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.
UCEC, HNSC, and STAD are the cancer types where YWHAEP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
