Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YTHDF3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YTHDF3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher YTHDF3 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YTHDF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where YTHDF3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
