Across TCGA patient cohorts, YTHDF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,310 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YTHDF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB2A, ARFGEF1, and TCEA1. Each is linked with YTHDF3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YTHDF3-to-partner and partner-to-YTHDF3 results are reported.
