YTHDF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YTHDF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,016 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YTHDF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-14P, CHP1P3, and MIR8053. Each is linked with YTHDF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YTHDF1-to-partner and partner-to-YTHDF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-14P grouped by YTHDF1-low versus YTHDF1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YTHDF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YTHDF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
