YTHDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YTHDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,853 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YTHDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHAX, YTHDC2_S1279, and DMXL1. Each is linked with YTHDC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YTHDC2-to-partner and partner-to-YTHDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YTHDC2 versus PHAX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YTHDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YTHDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
