Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YTHDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,123 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YTHDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HINT1, ETF1, and HSPA4. Each is linked with YTHDC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YTHDC2-to-partner and partner-to-YTHDC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YTHDC2 versus HINT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YTHDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YTHDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
