YTHDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YTHDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,991 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YTHDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, RBM12, and RBM14. Each is linked with YTHDC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YTHDC1-to-partner and partner-to-YTHDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YTHDC1 versus ZFR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YTHDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YTHDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
