Across TCGA cell cohorts, YTHDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,539 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YTHDC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, mRNA destabilization, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with YTHDC1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YTHDC1-to-partner and partner-to-YTHDC1 results are reported.
