Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YRDCP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated YRDCP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher YRDCP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YRDCP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRP show a favorable association.

KICH, UVM, and MESO are the cancer types where YRDCP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
