Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YRDC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YRDC data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher YRDC Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YRDC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, CESC, and SARC are the cancer types where YRDC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
