YRDC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YRDC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,434 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YRDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTPS1, SLC2A1, and EBNA1BP2. Each is linked with YRDC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YRDC-to-partner and partner-to-YRDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YRDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→YRDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
