YPEL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YPEL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,053 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YPEL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD3, CDC20_T70, and DNMT1_S714. Each is linked with YPEL5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YPEL5-to-partner and partner-to-YPEL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YPEL5 versus POLD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YPEL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→YPEL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
