Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YPEL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YPEL3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher YPEL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YPEL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where YPEL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
