Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YPEL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YPEL2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher YPEL2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YPEL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where YPEL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
