YPEL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YPEL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,471 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YPEL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KAT7, SP4_S46, and ZKSCAN8_S193. Each is linked with YPEL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YPEL1-to-partner and partner-to-YPEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YPEL1 versus KAT7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YPEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YPEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
