Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YPEL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YPEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLI, MIB1, and STAG2. Each is linked with YPEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YPEL1-to-partner and partner-to-YPEL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YPEL1 versus POLI in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YPEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YPEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
