Across TCGA cell cohorts, YPEL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,443 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YPEL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with YPEL1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YPEL1-to-partner and partner-to-YPEL1 results are reported.
