YOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,766 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1G1P4, RN7SL191P, and HIGD1AP9. Each is linked with YOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YOD1-to-partner and partner-to-YOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1G1P4 grouped by YOD1-low versus YOD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
