YME1L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YME1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,858 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YME1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, FBLN5, and ABCA8. Each is linked with YME1L1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YME1L1-to-partner and partner-to-YME1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YME1L1 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YME1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YME1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
