Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YKT6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YKT6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher YKT6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YKT6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and HNSC are the cancer types where YKT6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
