YJU2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YJU2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,365 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YJU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL54, FBL, and RPL18A. Each is linked with YJU2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YJU2-to-partner and partner-to-YJU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YJU2 versus MRPL54 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YJU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YJU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
