YJU2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YJU2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,605 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YJU2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD21, KHSRP, and RBM8A. Each is linked with YJU2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YJU2-to-partner and partner-to-YJU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YJU2 versus RAD21 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YJU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YJU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
