Across TCGA cell cohorts, YJU2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,199 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YJU2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Positive regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with YJU2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YJU2-to-partner and partner-to-YJU2 results are reported.
