Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,317 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO30-DT, SEPTIN7P14, and CCDC30. Each is linked with YIPF7 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF7-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF7 results are reported.
