Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,126 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSTA, GDI1, and IDE. Each is linked with YIPF7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF7-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF7 results are reported.
