Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 586 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA2, SH3GLB1, and IGHD6-6. Each is linked with YIPF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF7-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF7 results are reported.
