YIPF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,738 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, PLOD2, and RNF14. Each is linked with YIPF5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF5-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YIPF5 versus P4HA2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIPF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIPF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
