The most reproducible YIPF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Vesicle cargo loading, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with YIPF5 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF5-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF5 results are reported.
