Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YIPF3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YIPF3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher YIPF3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YIPF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, LAML, and STAD are the cancer types where YIPF3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
