YIPF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 388 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C2, NRBF2P3, and TTTY14. Each is linked with YIPF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF3-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1C2 grouped by YIPF3-low versus YIPF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIPF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIPF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
