Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YIPF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YIPF2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher YIPF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YIPF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where YIPF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
