YIPF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,329 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CC2D1A, GOLGB1, and KRI1. Each is linked with YIPF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF2-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YIPF2 versus CC2D1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
