Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,821 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YIPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK5R1, CSF2RB, and PPP1R16B. Each is linked with YIPF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF2-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YIPF2 versus CDK5R1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
