YIPF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, YIPF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYS2, OR52H1, and TRARG1. Each is linked with YIPF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF2-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GYS2 grouped by YIPF2-low versus YIPF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
