The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher YIF1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YIF1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and ESCA are the cancer types where YIF1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
