YIF1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,488 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRMS1, SHKBP1, and PSMD8. Each is linked with YIF1B in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YIF1B versus BRMS1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
