YIF1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,356 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIF1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIP13, SAMD4B, and COLGALT1. Each is linked with YIF1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YIF1B versus TRIP13 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
