The most reproducible YIF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7, TMEM101, and SPRED3. Each is linked with YIF1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1B results are reported.
