YIF1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIF1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK3-a-b, MSH6, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with YIF1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK3-a-b grouped by YIF1B-low versus YIF1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
