Across TCGA cell cohorts, YIF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,743 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIF1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, ADP catabolic process, and ATP metabolic process. Each is linked with YIF1B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1B results are reported.
