YIF1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIF1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,182 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPM1D, ANKRD13B, and SIL1. Each is linked with YIF1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1A-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YIF1A versus PPM1D in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
