YIF1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIF1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,566 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIF1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YIPF5, ATL3, and RER1. Each is linked with YIF1A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1A-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YIF1A versus YIPF5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
