YIF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,069 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL26P3, RN7SKP72, and MIR624. Each is linked with YIF1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1A-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL26P3 grouped by YIF1A-low versus YIF1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
