YIF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIF1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pS473, Akt_pT308, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with YIF1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1A-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pS473 grouped by YIF1A-low versus YIF1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
