Across TCGA cell cohorts, YIF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,443 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIF1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CAAX-box protein processing, Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with YIF1A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIF1A-to-partner and partner-to-YIF1A results are reported.
