Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YES1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,667 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YES1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, PPP4C, and PPP4R1. Each is linked with YES1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YES1-to-partner and partner-to-YES1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YES1 versus RNMT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YES1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YES1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
