Across TCGA patient cohorts, YES1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,972 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1298P, PANO1, and RNA5SP344. Each is linked with YES1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YES1-to-partner and partner-to-YES1 results are reported.
