Across TCGA patient cohorts, YES1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ASNS, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with YES1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YES1-to-partner and partner-to-YES1 results are reported.
