Across TCGA cell cohorts, YES1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,406 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YES1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore organization, Regulation of centrosome duplication, and Negative regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway. Each is linked with YES1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YES1-to-partner and partner-to-YES1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear pore organization grouped by YES1-low versus YES1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
